Before preparing the documents, we review decisions that affect registration, the bank, taxes and further SRL operations.

Company name We check name options, similarity to existing companies and terms that may not pass approval.
CAEM for development We select activities not only for launch, but also for possible directions, so documents do not need to be changed unnecessarily later.

An SRL should start with the right structure, not only with an application

There is often one initial idea: a shop, salon, online project, IT service or business with a partner. Before registration, it is important to understand how the company will work in a few months: which directions may appear, whether there will be employees, whether VAT, a bank, IT Park, cash register or accounting support will be needed.

Frequently asked questions about SRL registration

Short answers to quickly clarify the main questions before the consultation.

Yes. An SRL may be created by one founder or several shareholders. During the consultation we discuss the administrator, shares, address, CAEM and tax model from the start.

It is useful to have an identity document, 2-3 name options, a description of the future activity and an idea of who will be the administrator. Missing details can be decided during the consultation.

The name must differ from already registered names and must not include terms that may be rejected. We help prepare several options so the filing process is not delayed.

Yes. This is often reasonable: if the business may expand, it is better to discuss future directions and add suitable CAEM codes in advance to avoid unnecessary changes later.

The legal address is a separate service. If there is no suitable address, ASIP.MD can offer a legal address under approved packages for 1, 2 or 3 years.

By agreement, we send the application to the selected bank and prepare company information. The final decision on opening the account is made by the bank after its own review.

Not always. During the consultation we discuss turnover, counterparties, import, the B2B/B2C model and explain when VAT may be mandatory or useful.
