That is why one term does not fit every case. Some changes can be prepared directly for ASP. Name, address or capital changes may require publication in the Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova and a separate waiting stage.
When the shareholder structure changes, a share sale contract is not enough. Corporate decisions, beneficial owner data, share structure and State Register changes must be prepared correctly.
